Terms of Use

Rules for using FF Draft Boards, publishing community rankings, and using draft recommendations.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FF Draft Boards, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The operator identity and effective date must be confirmed before public launch.

2. Eligibility

The minimum user age is not yet configured. Launch is blocked until the owner selects an age requirement and verifies whether parental consent or additional regional terms are needed. You must also be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for access to your Google account and for activity performed through your FF Draft Boards session. Provide accurate profile information, choose an appropriate public username, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share or attempt to obtain another person's credentials.

4. Product use

FF Draft Boards provides informational rankings, statistics, projections, coaching research, community content, and draft assistance. Results are uncertain. The service is not financial, gambling, or professional advice and does not guarantee draft, league, or contest outcomes. You remain responsible for every lineup, ranking, and draft decision.

5. Acceptable use

You may not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape at harmful scale, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, impersonate others, misuse platform access, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity. Extension access must be used only with accounts and drafts you are authorized to view.

6. Community content

You retain ownership of rankings and text you create. By publishing, you grant FF Draft Boards a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the community feature. Other users may make independent editable copies through product features. Removing a publication stops future public discovery, but copies already created by other users remain theirs. Published content must comply with these Terms.

7. Copyright and reports

Only publish material you have the right to share. FF Draft Boards may remove or restrict content and accounts in response to valid legal notices, repeated infringement, malicious uploads, or guideline violations. Copyright notices should be sent to support@ffdraftboards.com and should identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and your signature.

8. Intellectual property

The service software, branding, design, and original editorial material belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal or internal fantasy-football purpose. Third-party names, marks, player information, and statistics remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party services

Sign-in, hosting, public data, browser-extension, and ESPN Fantasy draft features depend on third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. FF Draft Boards is independent, is not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN, and does not control third-party availability, rules, or data. The service may change or stop an integration when needed for safety, compliance, or compatibility.

10. Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We may impose reasonable limits, remove content, or suspend accounts to protect users and the service. If these Terms materially change, the updated date and appropriate notice will be provided.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not fully apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service, third-party platforms, data, recommendations, or account access. Any enforceable liability cap and required consumer-law exceptions must be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before launch.

13. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and delete your account. The operator may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, or security risks. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue after termination.

14. Governing law

Governing law, venue, and any dispute-resolution procedure have not been selected. Launch is blocked until the operator confirms these terms and obtains appropriate legal review. Mandatory local consumer rights are not waived.
